Hi,

I recently tried to join EE, ordered online and paid the upfront fee then received an email shortly thereafter about “please call us to discuss your order”. Since I am unable to get through and refuse to wait hours to keep trying, will this order be cancelled automatically? And if so how long will this take?

Quite a ridiculous order process and a dreadful new customer experience, if I knew it would have been this much hassle I wouldn’t have bothered.

Welcome to the community.

It depends on what the reason is that you've been requested to call. I'd definitely recommend giving us a call so that they can check what the problem is and advise you best going forward.
