My 24 month contract expired August 2022 and I found a new 24 month contract plan with ee which is much better and cheaper. Will my old plan automatically be cancelled once I receive my new sim card? Thank you

Thanks for coming here.
If you have ordered a new plan and number and not upgraded, your existing contract will continue until you call us on 150 and give 30 days notice to cancel the contract.

If you want a new plan to replace the existing one & keep your number you need to upgrade, not just buy any old contract.
