New Upgrade - Unknown Number

Hi,

 

This morning I was trying to purchase a new pay monthly phone but when it came to checking out it said that I already had an account so wanted me to login and complete an upgrade instead.

 

I went ahead with it and places the order but I'm not sure what number I've upgraded from as it's been a very long time since I was an EE customer. 

 

When logging in to My EE I can't do anything because it wants me to enter an EE phone number to link to my account but I've no idea what the number is that I'm upgrading. 

 

Hopefully this all makes sense. Can anybody please assist?

I don't currently have an EE number and haven't had one in years and years. The last product I had would have been EE Broadband.

 

I received an email saying "We have your order" and it contains the order number etc.

If you give us a call on 0800 956 6000, the team will get the order looked into for you and make sure this is all correct. They can also remove the old My EE account so you can register again with the new number.
