I don’t need the additional line wanted an up or downgrade to my existing line.I am made to hold the line more than an hour to a team that would do this but nothing.am calling for this cancellation before the 14days is up.someone pls respond

You've ordered a new additional when you should be doing an Upgrade from your MyEE.
How do I cancel if I've had my contract less than 14 days and signed up online or over the phone?
