We had a new contract for a mobile phone on the 20th June 2022 we had 1 day usage and then 21st June 2022 we have been charged £43.02 for 1 day we understand that we would normally be charged that price after 2 weeks of having the handset which we would expect to pay as part of the month in advance but not after 1 day,also we have been charged £6.98 on our bill for delivery of the handset but this was already paid ,can some 1 get back to us to sort this out and get this £43 charge to be reduced to a lower price for 1 days charge which is ridiculous for 1 dayand also the£6.98 taken of the bill because likevi said this was paid and we have the proof from the bank to say it was paid we spoke to a lady this afternoon 21/06/2022 and was told that they couldn't see the bill but we could on the app we tried to explain to her the charges but the lady couldn't see our bill on her system which you would think that EE would either see the bill the same time as us or before us as they issue the bill we've only been with you 1 day and our know annoyed at the issues as we've only just come with you

Your 1st bill could be rendered at any time after the phone is delivered & it will be for a month in advance + any days before the bill is posted. There is no normal of it being 2 weeks from delivery; it could be as few or as many days as EE's accounting system sees fit. How much is your plan monthly charge meant to be?
As for the delivery charge paid in advance, have you looked at your bill's itemisation in detail for an equal but opposite credit accounting for your payment? Otherwise you will need to call CS to query this charge.
