You can contact Customer Service using Live Chat on the EE app, for help with details about your bill.
Just log into the EE App > Click on HELP > choose TALK TO US > followed by Message Us.

For anything else, you'll need to follow @bristolian advice and contact Customer Service by giving them a call.
