I was on hols in UK visiting family for 6 weeks & got an EE sim card. Was cheaper to do a monthly subscription than pay as you go. Im now go back in NZ & need to cancel the subscription before the next bill. I cant call/text the 150 number. What do I do?

Call EE on +44 800 956 6000, this is a Free Phone Number in the UK, which wont be Free from NZ, so either bite the bullet and pay International Calls Rates from NZ, but Im guessing there are ways around that if you use an Cheap Internationally Calling Card or VOIP Provider.

If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.

@Sue177  When you say a monthly subscription do you mean a 30 day rolling contract?     Because if you do these are a 12 month minimum term.

If you mean a 30 day pack that’s still PAYG but you get an allowance that lasts 30 days and you just need to cancel your payment method so it doesn’t auto renew the pack

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
