Im currently overseas and have international roaming package. But I am unavailable to make outgoing calls.

I have no means by which to make a call to customer service as my mobile won't allow.

The issue is not with the mobile handset but at EE end.

How can I get in touch I d been. Trying all day!!

Hi @cbruno64

Are there no landlines?

You can also use the chat in the EE app. Sounds like you need roaming activated assuming you are a pay monthly customer.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Welcome to the Community, @cbruno64.

This is likely one of two issues - either roaming needs to be activated full stop, or you have a roaming setting in place that is preventing you from making international calls.

Did you receive a text when you arrived, and have you been able to use the internet, or have you got no service full stop?

And to add to Peter's questions, have you previously been able to use your phone abroad? Be it on this trip or previously.
