My number is xxxxxxxxxxx I have been to Ee up to date and am just about to upgrade and is not allowing me I also do not own ee either
I have been with u more than 3yrs

@Akyere Your probably got your account settings set as user not account owner and because of that it will not alt you to upgrade. You need to change your settings to account holder.

You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
