Good morning, my name is Gláucio and I would like to know why I am paying more than 43 pounds for my plan when my contract is 23 pounds. I would like to know why this absurd charge is being made to my bank account.
I have been receiving discounts from my absurdly expensive bank for over three months now. I have not received any message saying that my contract would change the amount, I want the money refunded to my account immediately, please.
