I am being billed £9.99 a month for Apple Music and streaming, which I neither asked for or use. Can you please immediately delete this from my bill/plan.

Perhaps you took up the offer of free Apple Music for 6 months w/out cancelling it. You’ll be charged £9.99 a month after your free six months. Cancel it by texting STOP MUSIC to 150. Cancel Streaming by texting STOP STREAM to 150.
