Upgrade

I e been with EE for 5 years now and I’m had multiple upgrades but these year I’m getting ridiculous prices. It’s a shame but I’m thinking about leaving as I’m getting better deals els where, sky has offered me a iPhone 13 pro max for £37 and unlimited data text & calls and no cost up front. I really don’t want to leave as I’ve been with you so long. Hoping to find a deals close enough or to match.

I'm having the same problem. I'm a year overdue an upgrade but ee just aren't offering me anything suitable at all. It was much better when you could upgrade through carphone warehouse, much better deals and overall better service too.

The EE customers wish you the best of luck on your out of network adventure - I was adventurous too, but realized EE was the best option for overall service. 

Personally i'm on SIM only with EE and I get my devices separately, which I recommend anyone else too - it's easier, there are loads of "EE said they shipped my phone, but haven't" posts each year around September, Apple never seem to have this issue
