My mobile bill is higher than I choosen contract

I ordered a sim on contract basis of monthly 22 £ for 125 gb net. But yesterday I received an email that my bill will be 72 pounds  i.e 50 gbp for deposite for service charges and 22 pounds for monthly package charges. 
can you please remove these 50 pound charges from my bill ?

@Rukhsar1231 : It's probably a refundable security deposit against roaming. If you've no intention of roaming call CS to get it refunded.
