My contract has been terminated without my approval

Hi,

How do I get in contact with EE? I was hacked a couple of days ago via a hack which tried to terminate my account.  I spoke with EE yesterday who said they would deal with the issue and email me back yesterday.  I've not received an email.

How do I contact EE?

This morning I have found out my account has been closed. I tried calling 150, however as I'm no longer an account holder they won't accept my call. They also so not accept emails.

Ant idea how I can contact them?

Welcome to the community.

I can understand your concern at what is happening with your line.

If your SIM has been cancelled, you would need to call from another phone to speak to our guides, so they can bring up the account and find out what is happening.

If you don't have access to another phone, you can also visit an EE store, and they can put you in touch with our customer service guides.
