@Monkey51 Then you need to call customer services and inform them that you want to terminate the contract and change to PAYG.

@Monkey51 Your contract reaches its minimum term and will continue on a 30 day rolling contract and after 3 months you’ll receive a 10% discount on that tariff cost. It’s up to you if you want to upgrade, change networks or continue with what you currently have you’ll not be cut off when you reach the minimum term.
