Hi I was staying 8 years ee. And I am regular costumer. I buy every mont 90 pound. Last month my bill is going up I was made shopping I contact ee. I woman she deal me then we agree my higher bill was 45. Then she tall me my monthly bill will be 36. Pound. I was waiting to buy 36 this month. My bill is coming and higher bill and is coming 47. When I contact ee I request my recoding conversation the day that women talking to me they deny I request manager direct number they Denys to speak area manager they said no. I don’t know why. They said wen we call we recording the phones. Why if request my recoding why the are not sending to me. Who can help me this Robbery. Thank

No, they don't! They say when we call they may record our calls for training purposes.
