Thanks for coming here.
Are you using the My EE app or My EE account online to view your bill?
Do you get an error message if you try and view the bill?

Here is a screen save of what I see I'm the My EE app when I attempt to use the "Bills & payments" button from the home screen of the app. It has been like that all week.
I could access my bill after logging in to EE.co.uk using a web browser on my PC though, so try that way if you need the info now.
