Hi just wondered if I can please pay my bill on the 13th may it’s due 7th but I haven’t got enough to pay it for then I will 100% pay it on that day 13th may

@Clare864 : If you're paying by DD & it fails the 1st time of asking, EE will try it again about a week later. So you should be OK.
If you're having difficulty paying your bill you need to contact CS urgently to come to a repayment arrangement - see Help if you can't pay your bill
