BThis is not customer service but a public forum with no access to accounts.
Have you checked your bill to see what costs have been added to your bill? You should be able to see all the additional costs, and if you have any queries, you will have to ring customer service and speak to the billing department.
If you upgraded or have just joined EE as a customer, then you will be billed for the rest of the month, plus one month ahead, as contracts are always paid one month ahead for the next month, if that makes sense.
You can check whether there are any additional charges, it will be all there on your bill, which you can download.
