Keep old phone

I upgraded from the 13 Pro Max 256gb to the 14 Pro Max 256gb on the annual upgrade program through EE.

Everyone who is on this plan is instructed to send their old phones back. Does anybody know the cost to keep the phone?

Hi @asimtahraf.

Welcome to the community.

This can vary depending on your plan. I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can give you this information.

They all give different prices. It’s usually £495 as a “Non Trade-In Charge” on the bill.

But nobody at EE is able to advise a definite figure?

Is it definitely an annual upgrade that you're doing and not an upgrade anytime, @asimtahraf.

It should say what you're eligible for in your My EE account.

Chris

I upgrade every year, I’m not sure what the difference is between the two?

I’m probably on the upgrade anytime thing, where you pay £0 after 1 year?

OK, thanks @asimtahraf.

Have a chat with our Mobile Care team. They'll take a look at your account, find out which plan you're on and let you know the cost to keep your phone.
