Hello,
I have just noticed my direct debit notification is a lot more than I was expecting. MY bill seems to have increased by around £14 in 2 years and I am unsure how. Just looking at bills I have had a few small increases over the last couple of months and I am wondering what my options now are.
I have very basic services, and an upgraded Netflix, but I do not feel that I am receiving enough services for what I am paying, especially if looking at a comparable deal with other providers.
