Why EE charges me £199.35😨😨😨😨, I can’t to live chat EE to talking is problem, please help, I need to solve this problem, How to live chat online to EE?

Are you on contract or pay as you go?

Live chat is only available to customers on mobile contract, not for customers on broadband or pay as you go.

You will find the live chat by going to the app and scrolling down and clicking on help and then scrolling down and clicking on talk to us.

You will otherwise have to ring customer service to speak to them.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Probably better calling EE CS on 150 about this issue.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
