My bill from last month was not paid phone totaly cut off even in coming how pac

Phone totaly cut off even incoming call was in hospital and couldn't pay bill until next month how do I get pack code from ee

@Murray1405 : I doubt you'll be able to get a PAC while you're still in debt to EE.
