My bill for September is alarming.

Please explain how and why you are charging me £148.27  for one month. It is always approximately £15

They have looked into it and say it’s because I made a call to Australia on 14th September for 34.19 minutes costing £136.85 . I did NOT. CALL Australia. I rarely call anyone and my bills have about £15. No one else has access to my phone.

I'm sorry to hear that your bill is higher than normal. Have you spoken to our Mobile Care team? They'll be able to look into this for you.
