To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@CaraRayner  Did you call customer services to inform them you couldn’t pay the full amount?    If not you have broken the T&Cs of the contract you agreed too and EE have acted upon the T&Cs as laid out in your contract.
