Why can I still not login to My EE, after a week of trying to log in and download an invoice?
I've been told to clear my cache, use a different browser - I've done all of these, and I still can't gain access to the account!
Absolutely ridiculous!
What is the problem?

Well another month has passed, feel like I'm just getting lip service when I phone, 'We will look into this as a priority' seems to be the default conclusion of any telephone conversation

I haven’t been able to log in since December of not earlier - has this been resolved for anyone?

Depends who you speak to - I was told can’t email bit post took weeks and weeks - I have subsequently spoken to others who have emailed - now I just reply and ask for this months invoice!

think i'm going to join you. I've not been able to access the website on desktop or phone for over 5 months yet my monthly bills are getting higher and higher. Not a big ask to deliver a basic level of service

I am very sorry to hear you have been unable to log into your EE account.
Do you get an error message?
Have you reported this to our tech guides on 150?

We are the same. It has been several months now since we could log on.
150 have stated numerous times that they have a global issue with their online account services.
It is unbelievable that they still have not fixed this. We are reviewing all our business phone contracts we have at all our UK sites with a view to changing providers.

I'm not going to bother. I'm going to leave EE. I'm sure I can get a basic level of service with a different provider

Hi Chris,
There is nothing wrong with the account we are using. Is EE issue that cannot fix (I've proof email from Sam in Executive Complaints) point out that EE are working to fix the issue that has been going for some time now. So if you know anything then speak honestly.

Same with me after made a complaint then they offering me paper statement for free until my contract end. Meaning they not bother to full fill a good service with your concern and complaint.. Typical EE now.
