Why can I still not login to My EE, after a week of trying to log in and download an invoice?
I've been told to clear my cache, use a different browser - I've done all of these, and I still can't gain access to the account!
Absolutely ridiculous!
What is the problem?

Thanks for your reply, I have just spoken with EE Business and they have told me it is an ongoing issue that is being dealt with and have now prioritized my case but cannot give me a date/time to when this will be rectified...Fingers crossed

I get the same issue - I have reported it 3 times and nothing changes - please can you sort this issue I need copy invoices and your support team can't send them by email! the system is ridiculous.

I'm having the same issue for almost 4 months and they say they can't help. I'm so aggravated already that started researching other providers just to break free from this poor service.

Go to the website and find the link for "Make a complaint", I did that and they put me on paper invoices at no charge. Not a perfect solution but it works.

You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .

Me too. Keep trying can not log and all my date is correct
