I have for the last 4 months set up my direct debit to be taken on the 19th of each month as this is the date I get paid, however it is being attempted on 15th so is sending me into an unarranged overdraft. My broadband slows till I ring yourselves to arrange again?!? This is frustrating me alot as this is the 4th month this has happened. Please can someone sort this for me

@Angieanderson19 call customer support and request that your billing date be changed to a date that suits you better.
