Monthly payment

I’m not sure if this is the correct place to write this in, but I was charged £16 on 18th February, then on the 6th March I was charged another £16? It hasn’t even been a month and I already have to pay this early, no warnings of date change or anything?

@XRaySpeX   If @Daveyy  is a new customer and the 18th is the first billing date then it’ll remain around the 18th not brought forward to the 6th.

@Daveyy  You need to inquire this with customer support.  Something not right to get billed like this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No I’ve been a customer with EE for god knows how long now, just woke up one morning to see that I’ve been billed another £16

No, @Chris_B , the 18th Feb. was his payment date in Feb. It is after his billing date & may have been late for some reason.

No, it wasn’t late, I was already charged the first time, then I was charged the second time
