Upgraded Phone

I recently upgraded two of our phones within the Family network, one being an iPhone 15 and the other a Samsung S23 ultra both I'm brilliant condition. However, after trading the phone in for an upgrade, I'm paying more ££. Ive been given no discounts for the other two phones both traded in at Northallerton, North Yorkshire. Plus I've found out I'm paying £1350 for the Samsung S25 Ultra but your selling this on yoursite new for £1200.. Ive been with EE for a very longtime since they took over my Orange Contract 15 years plus, and I've never felt so used before in my life. Please sort this out, as we've seen the shop staff selling our phones at  FLE][PRO MOBILE LTD Northallerton.

@Ne0ncurry  When you got the device that was the price and you agreed to that.

You need to go back to the store as that was your point of sale and ask why you’ve not received any discount that you believe you are entitled too.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
