If my monthly plan is £39 why are my bills £44?

What does the bills say the extra charge is for?

It doesn’t say there’s any extra charges which is why I am confused. Just says the plan is £39 but my bills are always £44

@RachelRossdale  Are you taking in to account the yearly price increase that happened as of April?   That’s only applicable if you took his contract out before April.   But that still only brings it to £42.63.  Your tariff will still say it’s £39 regardless of the price increase through.
