Or it maybe the CPI increase in March.

Right ok. As when I upgraded to this tariff it said £15pm. So I thought ok I choose it, first bill varies as is high then since then it's £17pm. Thought I had extras on but none. Wish it was same as the SIM only website selection👍. Ta for the info
