@Bev77 , have you not paid your contract? If you have paid it, then what makes you think your account has been suspended?
If you have just paid it off, then you need to give it time to be cleared before you can use your SIM card again.

Are you on contract or PAYG? If PAYG, When did you previously make a chargeable action?
