I have a £162 credit on my mobile phone account so I want to cancel my monthly £10 payment until this is paid down. How do I do this?

@Chris_S : STOP PACK will also stop direct card payments as well as pack renewal. STOP REC is legacy for stopping recurring payments on a fixed day of the month regardless of when or if you bought a pack, unlike direct card payments.

Hi @Mike27
If you're on a pay as you go account, you can stop payments when you have credit by texting STOP PACK to 150 to stop pack renewal or STOP REC to 150 to stop direct card payments.
Alternatively, manage subscriptions through the My EE app or call 150.
If you're on a pay monthly account, you don't need to stop your payments as your credit will be used against your bills automatically.
