Hello, to start i have a unlimited internet, calls and texts package, I had made some purchase with my ee mobile, I got cut off last week, I rang up explained I'm a career and my phone is a life line, I was told to pay £80 to bring my account under the credit limit, my phone was reconnected,and i payed the £80 , and got ee to BAR all pay to mobile services, 5 days later I've spend 0 over anything and got a text saying your phone USAGE is higher then nornal instantly cut off again now I'm being told to pay 2/3s of my total bill of 187 to get reconnected within 1 hour, I'm sorry but it says total bill 270 ( i have 2 xboxs a tv and ear pods package ontop) and on my account says pay the bill by 17th apirl, I get paid once a month on 16th, and again I'm a career and my mobile is a lifeline, so now because I cannot pay £187 I'm cut off for 7 days and you still execpt me to pay full price on my bills? Discusting service i am extremely angry about this, I have been a customer for a very long time I pay my bill on time every month with no issue and I get treated in this manor. And for the 3rd time I'm a career and my phone is a LIFE LINE, I get paid 16th each month only and it says to pay the bill by the 17th, it's the 10th now .....

Have you spoken to customer service about this, as this does seem strange.
Are you on a monthly contract or pay as you go?

Hello, as the help are closed from 6pm or 8pm I need the phone unlocking asap as this affects my job I have even told the person last week. I am monthly contract, with 1 month left. So don't think I will be upgrading,
