Missed payments

Hello, I missed 2 payments the first on July 28th and again agust 7th.  Which my DD was cancelled. Would I then pay the August bill manually through the app?

If you are struggling to pay your bill you need to speak to EE CS on 150 urgently before your service is stopped.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
