I upgraded to Google 10 pro d there was a tablet and ear pid offer. Previously because I be was on broadband I BB had a 10.00 a month sim. All included. Now I'm paying over 50.????

I was told to wait 30 days and the gifts would be sent to me in three post. I waited 49 days went back in my local shop and it's now over 100 days later. They said there was a limited supply if the offer. I was never told that ever. This was an in person deal. I asked all the right questions. 

This IS A BIG CON!!!!!!!!!

I was filled before by a voucher from a  sports firm

That never came to be

 

I can't trust EE about anything im also paying out 5 times as much as I used to be FOR NOTHING MORE!!!

Lied all the way, we trust the in store staff to be honest. I would not have changed if I knew it was only a few people getting the deal.

Any offer has terms and conditions and will normally say subject to stock, they are gifts and not part of the contract. Have you read the terms and conditions. 

As for the cost I assume your handset and tariff are separate but your bill/contract should say. Upgrading to a Pixel 10 Pro the most expensive and top of the range Google handset will inevitably increase your bill.
