I was misold 4G WiFi sim as promised broadband in my new property by the sales man. Never heard from again. Was all LIES and EE have done nothing to help my situation but closed the contract and billed me and extortionate amount for a tiny box and I no longer have the box.

With 4G WiFi, this can be sold as an alternative to when fast broadband speeds aren't available in the area.
What exactly do you mean when you say it was never heard from again?
You certainly wouldn't be expected to pay for a service you haven't received, but it would usually be the customer's responsibility to flag this with our team and query any issues.
That way we can make sure we work towards the right resolution.
