I've just upgraded to the 16 PM monthly contract and I noticed the following under my bills and payments section.
My next bill estimate is showing as -£1278.00 and account charges showing as -£1303.33?? What does this mean?

Hi @troysmith070
Welcome to the EE Community.
The negative figure is the cost of credits by us and any upfront payments made by you, before the cost of the actual upgrade handset has been included.
It's usual for estimated bills to show like this. Once the upgrade handset has been processed and costs added to the account, the numbers will equal out and your normal bill amount will show when it is actually generated.
