It seems to me exaggerated as much as I have to pay to a subscription without phone just a subscription Is what @Roxana2013  wrote.

Unfortunately this is not customer service and you will have to speak to them, but if you want to terminate your contract early, you will have to pay the number of months left times the amount you pay per month minus 20%.

You chose the contract and should have thought before signing up to it, if you thought it was too much, this was down to you to think before signing a contract. EE may be able to help with paying your contract, but that is down to customer service to decide what they can offer.
