Can’t change billing details

I’m unable to change my billing details as I am not the ‘account holder’, I can only do a one off payment and anything else the app and website just tell me to speak to the account holder.

However, I’ve been removed from the account holders side so they can’t see or change anything themselves.

 

Can anyone help? I just want to set up a direct debit but it won’t let me.

Welcome to the community,

Are you able to log in to your account via the website?

You should then see manage numbers and you should be able to change it to account holder.
