I want make formal complaint about my payment date on the EE app
it is incorrect it is don’t on the 31st of every month I didn’t change to that date I want it on the 1st of every month
EE need to update the app change to 1st of every month it is payment date

@myagibson1979 Your billed every 30 days so expect it to fluctuate. there is no guarantee it will always remain on the first of every month.

Welcome to the community.
@Chris_B is right, you are billed every 30 days.
Payments will be taken on or around the 1st of the month depending on how many days are in that month.
