Merging two SIMO accounts

Hi everyone, 

 

I want to merge two accounts (one mine and the other a family member) to take advantage of the multi-line discount EE were offering. Currently, they both have separate EE accounts. Is it possible?

@Gravitypalls  You need to call customer services to request a change of ownership.  Both of you need to be present as they have to make this request and you need to accept that request.  I’m not sure you’ll get the discount though.
