If you log into your EE app or your online account then go to the 'Manage' and then 'Bills & Payment' section you'll be able to download your most recent bill, and see a full breakdown of your bill. Our bill guide will help you with any queries you might have about what is showing on your bill.

@44754  Have you looked at your bill breakdown. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
