I am due an upgrade on my current phone as the contract has ended. I was wondering if there’s an option to keep the phone but lower my monthly bills instead? It’s an iPhone 11.

Hello @Hillyx ,

Welcome to the community,

Once your contract has reached its minimum term, you are welcome to look at a sim only contract, to lower your monthly payments. Just click on shop or ring customer service to see what they can offer you, sometimes can get a better deal.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
