Extra charge????

I've had notification of a pending payment of £32.47  to EE broadband Hatfield GB. I don't know what this is for as all bills are paid by DD & paid in full on time. I've looked online & can see nothing. Can anyone help please?? TIA.

Are you sure this is not just letting you know that your next payment will be that amount and taken on a certain date? I have this all the time, I pay by direct debit and get them every month for both broadband and mobile accounts.
