Welcome to the community,
You will have to speak to customer service to cancel your contract. If you have not reached the minimum term of your contract, you will have to pay the rest off and if you want to keep your number and go to another network, you will need a PAC code to transfer your number to another network.
If you just want to change to pay as you go, then customer service can sort this out for you without losing your number.

If you wish to terminate your contract, you'll need to give our Customer Care team a call.
Please be aware that if you haven't reached the end of your contract, there may be a termination charge.
