When I log onto ee with either of the two email addresses I have, neither has my mobile accounts on it. Is there an issue? Im as sure as I can be that I wouldn't have set it up with any other email address. How can I find out what email address my mobile account is linked to?

Hi @phillyon 

If you try to link the accounts as @Northerner suggested, that will see if you can get everything under whichever email address you want to use. 

If that doesn't work or you see an error, please give our tech guides a call and they'll be able to check how your account is set up and help to get it corrected for you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Thanks for the tip.  just tried it on the app, i get the message "we're having trouble linking your products. you can try linking again or come back later when we've fixed things"

I'll give it another go later.
