Looking to get pay monthly contract

Hi guys looking to get a pay monthly contract online and handset sent to the house but I have been told that I need photo id which I don't have is this true as I tried to get handset in store and was also told that I needed photo id.thanks

Welcome to the community,

You do need it if you go into a store, but should not need it if at home, DPD will take a photo when they hand it to you at the doorstep, so you will also have proof that it has been delivered correctly to you.

Personally, never needed proof of ID when delivered at my home.

You can also download the DPD App and register with them with the same email address etc., that EE have.
