Looking for a 12 month SIM only contract

My contract is ending and I don't want to be stuck in a 24 month contract.  I don't see any options for a 12 month contract though on the upgrade options?

@Squishylea  That would usually tell you the total you'd pay for termination to cover until the end of contract.
